Notice how my post says take two? Well you may be confused, because I never posted about take one since it was a FLOP. As you can tell, I didn't use the homemade crust the recipe calls for and I cooked it in the oven. That wasn't even the part that made it a flop, that would be me forgetting to spray the baking sheet! I couldn't get those pitas off to save my life. I made another attempt yesterday morning..SUCCESS. They are super easy and delicious! Next time I am definitely trying pizza crust on our new charcoal grill.In case your wondering, I did make these twice this week because I was so mad about the failed first attmept. It was such a tease and not a very filling dinner the first time.
